Juicy Caribbean Chicken Wings

I know this recipe might not fall under the fall/autumn recipes but I just wanted to take a break from that for
once. These Caribbean Chick Wings would go great for football Sunday! These Caribbean Wings are sauced with a juicy tropical marinade on a crisp chicken wing. This delicious recipe is an easy level for baking and yields 6 servings. Also it’s not even anywhere close to a lengthy meal like my last recipe. It has a 30 minute prep time and 40 minute cook time. Although there is a range of different product it calls for. It calls for: habanero pepper, soy sauce, honey, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, fennel seeds, cayenne pepper, allspice, dried thyme, ground ginger, garlic, scallions, apple cider vinegar, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, and chicken wings. Now the how-to.

Step 1: Combine ½ seeded and chopped habanero pepper with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, honey, packed light brown sugar, 1 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, cayenne pepper, allspice, dried thyme, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, and 2 chopped scallions. This will make your marinade

Step 2: thourughly blend together

Step 3: Add the 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice and blend until smooth.

Step 4: Next place 3 pounds of chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.

Step 5: Seal and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours

Step 6: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While waiting for the oven to heat up line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 7: Remove the wings from the bag and place on the lined sheets and bake for 20 minutes

Step 8: Meanwhile bring the marinade to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until reduced by 1/3 or about 10 minutes

Step 9: Lastly remove the wings from the oven and brush over the glaze. Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and continue to bake the wings until cooked all the way for about 20 more minutes.

ENJOY!!
